Refund policy
At CabKey™, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse, excessive force, or modification

Normal wear from use

Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
Return process

Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International orders
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
